As we gather in the heart of winter, this retreat is your invitation to step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a sanctuary of movement, connection, and self-discovery. From the moment we begin until our last day together you’ll be filled with transformative power from this unique experience. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a curious beginner, each day will challenge you, inspire you, and renew your spirit as we move, laugh, and dream together.

Day 1 : Thursday January 2
We will kick off this retreat in town with a two hour pole session at Rockstar Pole Fitness. Learn fun combos put together in a challenging, all level friendly, chore routine. Directly following the lessons you will be driven to a beautiful Mountain home to get settled in before ending the night with some games and a charcuterie pajama party.
Day 2 : Friday January 3
Start the day with Becca’s Detox BootCamp and Stretch session. Following the sweat session enjoy a nourishing group breakfast. After refueling our bodies, we will do a group practice of the combos and choreography that was taught the day before. Then it’s time to prep for your personal recorded video session. You’ll get three opportunities to either freestyle or perform the choreography that was taught that will later be put together and edited into a professional video.
Day 3 : Saturday January 4
Begin this day with another session of Becca‘s Detox BootCamp and stretch followed by breakfast. Directly after breakfast, we will practice posing and finding our best angles for the camera. Get Photo ready and it’s time to shoot! After photo shoots are done we will have a StripShop classic Lap Dance and Dollar Bill Tricks class. We’ll cap off the day with a family dinner followed by dream sharing and vision board making that will help set our minds towards making this coming year the best possible year.
Day 4 : Sunday January 5
Wake up with the sunrise gentle Sensual Expressions class. We will say our goodbyes and head back to reality.
With hearts full and minds clear, we’ll carry the bonds we’ve forged and the lessons we’ve learned back into the world, ready to face the new year with renewed energy and purpose. This retreat is not just a momentary escape, but a profound journey towards becoming the best version of ourselves—refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on whatever lies ahead.
What’s Included:

- Hours of fun workshops in studio and at the Airbnb
- Transportation to and from accommodations from our designated start point, which will be Rockstar Pole Fitness

- At least one fully prepared decadent meal per full day of the retreat. Additional snacks and easy meals will also be provided. Plenty of healthy and nourishing food.
- A photo shoot with 10 edited shots
- A video shoot with a minute long edited video
- Vibes!
What’s Not Included:
- Any additional snacks or foods that you might want. If you have any dietary restrictions, you might opt to bring food. There will be storage and kitchen space for that
- Alcohol or extracurricular substances
- Travel to and from Rockstar Pole fitness
- We have a pretty jam-packed schedule, but if you want to go on any additional excursions in the area all expenses for that aren’t included

The Small Print
By signing up, you are confirming your participation in the StripShop Mountain Escape retreat. Please ensure your availability before registering, as there is a nonrefundable $500 cancellation fee regardless of the time of cancellation. Additionally, if you cancel with less than two weeks’ notice, the full retreat price will be nonrefundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, but it is your responsibility to find a replacement. The replacement must be approved by the retreat organizers prior to the transfer.
